TECHNICAL QUALITY INSPECTOR
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Quality Control
Conduct inspections during various stages of construction to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.
Create and manage punch lists to identify and address any outstanding issues or defects before project completion.
Monitor the rectification of punch listed items and inspect the same for closeout and acceptance.
Quality Assurance
Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain consistent quality levels throughout construction.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Testing & Commissioning
Witness the Testing & Commissioning of various systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm and detection systems.
Secure the approved and passed T&C forms.
Project Coordination
Attend weekly coordination and relevant meetings with contractors and the Construction Management Dept.
Coordinate with Construction Management Department and Contractor for rectification issues and concerns.
Job Qualification
Engineering Degree or related Technical Courses
One to three years of related work experience
Integrity, time management, ability to work under pressure with less supervision, team player, and willingness to work in multi-sites.
