Is currently looking for:
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities include:
Manage and keep track of all the projects of our development team
Make sure that all deadlines are met
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities of each member for specific projects or initiatives
Communicate with developers, designers, and stakeholders about the requirements of each project
Manage day-to-day operations within the development teams
Monitor and report on service quality, operations, team health, and development status
Coordinate dependencies with external teams
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of hands-on experience managing a software development team
Hands-on experience with software development methodologies like AGILE
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Strong leadership skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of development is a plus
Experience working in a B2B / SaaS environment, background in contact center systems
