Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
- Engage in professional services (installation & consulting) linked to Verint I360 Suite & specializing in I360 suite, e.g. V11.X, V15.x, EKMS, WFM, QM, DPA, Speech/Text Analytics, Voice Bio etc.
- Technical troubleshooting of Verint I360 suite & specializing of Quality Management, Workforce Management, Desktop Process and Analytics, Speech and Text Analytics.
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled technical projects
- Host technical project meetings with clients to keep them up to date on milestones and overall project status
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Facilitate communication with leadership and other key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meetings·
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Develop, promote, and maintain standards and tools for portfolio and project management, with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget, and within the scope
- Possess a thoughtful leadership mindset; operate tactfully and effectively

- Technical guidance may be provided by a Senior Product Support Engineer and/or Technical Lead. May collaborate with, or provide guidance to, other members of the team.
People Specification
- Graduate in IT/Computer science.
- At least 5-6 years' experience of providing technical post-sales support service to clients & project management, preferably gained from within the Telecommunications/IT marketplace.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred
- Administration and maintenance of Enterprise level Application will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft Certification in SQL programming is desirable.
- Sound hands on knowledge of WFM concepts like scheduling, performance management.
- Experience in installing/supporting WFM products preferable Verint I360 suite.
- Good knowledge of Network operation System Windows 2003 and Win 2008(Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
- Working knowledge on Citrix XenApp, and VMware ESX
- Excellent knowledge of IT security issues (firewall, Microsoft Group Policies, IIS lockdown, SSL, KMS)
- Sound Knowledge on Web Servers ( IIS, Web logic, Apache Tomcat)
- Excellent Knowledge in communication - network structure (LAN, WAN) protocols (TCP-IP) and communication equipment functionality (hubs, switching hubs, routers)
- Sound Knowledge in databases (SQL server 2005/2008) and SQL Queries. Should be able to understand and code meduim to complex SQL queries.
- Experience in log analysis, preferably with enterprise level application servers like Weblogic.
- Knowledge in hardware -- Servers H/W modules, RAIDs.
- Knowledge of Telephone Systems, CTI(Cisco/Avaya/Nortel), VOIP and Call Centers would be an advantage
- Good communication and Analytical skills.
