Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is urgently looking for a competitive TECHNICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR who is excellent in multitasking and with exceptional analytical and time management skills.
 
Qualifications:
Graduate in Bachelor's degree in Architecture,Interior Design or any related courses.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in architectural or interior design project coordination.
Experience in construction environments and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes and building codes.
Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., Autocad,Revit,SketchUp, MS Project).
Ability to manage schedules, budgets and technical documentation.
Attention to detail and problem solving mindset.
Willing to be assigned in Panglao, Bohol.
