Job Description Key Accountabilities: Individual Accountabilities: . Works with software development teams to define hypotheses, run experiments (surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, A/B testing), and analyze data to make decisions on features that influence the direction of the product . Manages cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs . Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required . Maintains a perspective on impact of change on patterns required for implementation . Develops patterns and documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance of technical and regulatory solutions . Defines scope for cross tam projects with positive impact . Implements cross-team projects with significant impact . Coordinates efforts of Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements . Has positive impact to specific organizational entities & understands nature of impact . Consistent contributor . Enables others to contribute as well . Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required . Maintains a perspective on impact of change on patterns required for implementation . Develops patterns and documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance of technical and regulatory solutions . Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts across various topics to understand implications on Manulife's technology strategy . Translates requirements for multi-disciplinary, complex programs into technical specifications applicable across a broad range of projects . Evaluates and defines existing technology standards to ensure compliance with program-level requirements . Works with partner teams to redesign process flows when necessary . Tracks emerging technology and policy trends that might affect day-to-day operations Job Requirements: . Demonstrates understanding of how technology supports Manulife's strategy .
