MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Technical Producer!
General Description: Technical Producers help make E-Learning easy for upcoming new hires. They are responsible for enhancing films to make studying enjoyable and simple. Technical Producers are also in charge of producing instructional videos to help new personnel advance their abilities to successfully carry out their daily jobs. To create media content, they work along with engineering, technical, and creative departments.
Work Arrangement: 10:00AM - 7:00PM from Monday to Friday, Office-based
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Develop, create and update computer-based training (CBT) videos according to organizational requirements.
Collaborate and meet with SMEs and other included parties to develop course content
Perform ad hoc tasks, when necessary.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
At least college level
Basic Knowledge of Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects)
Basic Knowledge of Photoshop
Experience and understanding of IMS usability and serviceability
Experience and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Amazon Polly
Good client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Being able to work under pressure and work well in a team
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 18,000 - 22,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
