Job Description
The Technical Planning is responsible for providing effective, timely and quality project support across all projects by consistently assuring the production of project plans and documentation, coordinating resource allocations and information from multiple parties, tracking progress/deliverables, analyzing workloads, updating and analyzing project schedules, and administration in project matters such as risks and issues management
EXPANSION PROJECTS
I. Project Design Phase :
Leads in the development of preliminary Design, outline specifications, preliminary estimate and presentation drawings and present to Engineering Manager and other concern department for approval.
Leads in preparation of complete documentations on the project design phase including change management, bid documents, project schedules, project reporting templates, bill of materials and responsibility matrix.
II. Project Implementation Phase
Efficiently leads in monitoring project schedules and budgets, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Initiates in development and update of a work breakdown structure to subdivide project contracts, scopes, tasks, and deliverables into manageable components.
Consistently leads in tracking contracts, scopes of work, purchase orders, as they relate to budget, contract commitments, schedules and progress.
Efficiently leads in updating project schedules in accordance with approved work plans, long-term strategic plans and other schedule and plan tools
III. Project Post Implementation Phase
First in Creating and Maintaining Project Library
Leads in coordinating with Accounting Department (and other departments as needed) for the proper charging and capitalization of the project.
FACILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
A. CAPEX
Leads the team in the designs and cost estimates CAPEX projects ensuring that these are in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards and forwards to immediate superior and process owner for evaluation and approval.
Provide all necessary technical support for all CAPEX projects.
FOOD SAFETY:
Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
OTHER TASKS:
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or other Engineering Course
At least 3 years of experience
Preferrably licensed
