TECHNICAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Preferrably Engineering course (IE, EE, @ ME)
Minimum of 2 years Supervisory Experience
Familliar with motorcycle parts and repairs
Excellent analytical and math skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
Job Description:
Inventory Supervision - Manages inventory policies and procedures, including monitoring slow-moving and obsolete items.
Performance Management and Reporting - Builds and leads strong teams that can adapt to change and resolve complex issues effectively.
Documentation and Records Keeping - Helps improve record-keeping processes and regularly checks records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Periodic Maintenance Supervision - Plans and schedules regular maintenance activities. Supervises and guides mechanics performing maintenance work.
Quality Management Supervision - Reviews quality performance results, participates in improvement projects, and helps identify and solve quality problems.
Safety and Security Supervision - Conducts safety inspections, prepares incident reports, leads emergency response efforts, and ensures safety policies are followed.
Effective Collaboration - Improves communication, manages team coordination, and ensures teamwork supports productivity.
Customer Relations - Manages customer relations processes and monitors customer satisfaction.
