TECHNICAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering course.
At least 1 year of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of motorcycle parts and assembly processes
Excellent analytical and math skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
Job Description:
1. Lead the tagging process of all received repossessed MC units with the Sr. Mechanic to ensure each is properly assessed according to physical condition, parts completeness, and functional state.
2. Monitor, review and approve the requested parts and activity enumerated in the JO Order (J.O.) generated by the Sr. Mechanic and the final buy-off and release of the recon'ed MC.
3. Lead the Sr. Mechanics and prepare and review the day-to-day reconditioning workload and deploy the needed logistical resources, both internal and external, including request for necessary augmentation according to established capacities and optimum utilization. Endorses such requests to
the Technical Opn's Mgr. for approval.
4. Craft the group's supporting enablers to achieve the group's KRA's/KPI's including strategic and tactical schemes that support the annual Recon Masters goals and objectives (G&O).
5. Prepare the annual capital and monthly operational expense budget forecast of the site's technical operations to ensure sustained operation and implementation of relevant activities of the Group, including the constant review and monitoring of the logistical sufficiency and readiness of the group.
