About the Role:
 
Stumpers is a new, large-scale resort and events venue in Badian, Cebu. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team.
 
This is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the complete technical integrity of our P250 million facility. Your mission is to manage and maintain all technical systems to ensure a flawless, world-class experience for our guests, 24/7.
 
Salary: PHP 30,000 - 40,000 per month (commensurate with experience) + Bonus
 
Relocation allowance available
 
Key Responsibilities:
Critical Infrastructure: Manage and ensure the 100% operational readiness of all resort infrastructure, including the primary power grid, backup generators, water supply systems, and various electrical systems.
Venue Systems: Take full ownership of the maintenance and operation of all venue-specific technology, including professional sound and lights systems, air conditioning units, and the CCTV network.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all technical equipment across the property to ensure maximum uptime and longevity .
Operational Integrity: Be responsible for the final venue shutdown and technical sign-off each evening. Manage the technical operations budget and ensure all work complies with safety standards .
Emergency Response: Act as the primary commander for all technical emergencies, available on-call to lead the response to critical incidents like power outages or major equipment failures
Performance Bonus & KPIs:
 
A quarterly performance bonus of up to 25% of your basic salary is available, contingent on hitting two clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
KPI 1: System Uptime: Achieve a quarterly average of 99.5% or higher operational uptime across all critical infrastructure .
KPI 2: Preventive Maintenance & Budget: Achieve 100% completion of the scheduled preventive maintenance plan for the quarter, with all related expenses at or below budget .
Qualifications & Experience:
Extensive, hands-on technical expertise in professional sound and lights systems, air conditioning, electronics, and general facility mechanics .
A proven track record of reliability, taking ownership, and working independently .
Demonstrated leadership ability and a mature, professional demeanor suitable for a senior role 10101010 .
Experience in a resort, hotel, or large-scale events venue is highly advantageous.
