Received key from CMT and confirm with CST-Takeout house is ready for House Acceptance.
Coordinate with CST-Takeout Customer Management on the schedule of House Acceptance.
Facilitate House Acceptance and brief unit owners on Warranty Gudelines.
Explain unit owners House Turnover guidelines and have unit owners sign House Acceptance documents and return to CST-Takeout accordingly.
If any, note items for rectification cited during house acceptance and coordinate with CMT.
Update monitoring on house acceptance.
Housekeeping
Ensure houses are being maintained at least twice a month.
House Turnover
Coordinate with CST-Takeout Customer Management on the schedule of House Turnover.
Coordinate with CMT in ensuring water connectivity prior to House Turnover.
Endorse unit owners to PMT for Unit owners Orientation.
Facilitate House Turnover and brief again Unit owners on Warranty Guidelines.
Explain unit owners Energization process and have unit owners sign House Turnover documents and return to CST- Takeout accordingly.
Update monitoring on house acceptance.
Energization
Assist unit owners on energization process and payment processing.
Warranty Claims
Receive and process unit owners warranty claims.
Escalate to CST-Turnover Asst. Manager for hiring of contractor.
Oversee and coordinate with supplier on warranty works.
Ensure warranty works are done on quality and on time based on schedule agreed with contractor.
Escalate to CST-Tunover Manager any issue.
Update monitoring on warranty claims.
Report
Provide daily update on House Acceptance, House Turnover and Energization to CST-Turnover Asst. Manager.
Provide monthly update on Housekeeping and Maintenance and Warranty Claims to CST-Turnover Asst. Manager.
