Job Description
Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams.
Oversee technical design, implementation, and quality assurance.
Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Manage technical risks and ensure HSE compliance.
Drive process improvements, innovation, and staff development.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, Six Sigma) are a plus.
8-10 years of experience in technical management or engineering leadership.
Expertise in project execution, design management, and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and construction methods.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, SAP, or similar software.
Familiar with HSE regulations, ISO standards, and risk assessment.
