Your Responsibilities
Responsible to deploy Neovia's technologies, processes and evidence of performance in selling to store and farm customers in Luzon
Coordinates with technical support species and maintains cross-functional relationships with Formulation, Quality and Marketing Department
Monitor, coordinate and document feeds and animal performance data in hogs, broiler, layer and gamebird species through well-designed split tests, product performance research trials, organizing, presenting, interpreting and recording data results and testimonials from customers
Responsible for owning technical support planning and work relationship in the job scope and geographical assignment
In-charge of technical support projects, implement training and development
Conduct reference farm projects that also include field trials (well-designed split tests, product performance trials, organizing, presenting, interpreting and documenting results.
Responsible to develop his/her own ambassador farm, ambassador dealer and conducting selected one-on-one discussions and seminars with customers.
He/ She will be assisting the Sales Group to conduct farm visits to prospectors and current customers
Coordinate product and service complaints and resolutions, and in conducting selected seminars
Reinforce training and development programs for Sales related to technical and sales competencies.
Your Profile
Individual contributor and responsible for Technical support in farms and partner clients with respect to specific activity.
Passed the board certification after obtaining a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a feed manufacturing industry and/or research studies

Your Responsibilities
