We are looking for an experienced Full Stack PHP Developer who:

Your main objective will be to lead the solution behind the product-agnostic of the technology whilst managing a small dev-ops team. This is a hands-on role contributing to the development of the application within a growing team in an organization. This is a senior opportunity and you will be enhancing the leadership team from technology and cultural standpoint.
Role expectations includes but is not limited to:
Develop software solutions by collaborating with end-users and stakeholders, studying workflow flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle based on agile and scrum;
Tasks comprising of both front-end, back-end, and database;
Programming well-designed, testable and efficient code;
Working across our product, services and internal tools to implement new features improvements and bug fixes;
Code reviewing your peers;
Coordinating with our Customer Success team and developers to propose requirements and solutions;
Leading projects big and small from beginning to end;
Providing technical support to our Customer Success team;
Ensuring scalable code base and solutions setting examples for best coding practice;
Taking ownership and pride in your tasks whilst working within a collaborative team locally and in Australia.
Requirements
PHP 7+ years' experience within Laravel;
A back-end bias or comfortable across the full-stack & confident in your back-end skills;
5+ years Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js);
5+ years designing efficient and optimized relational databases - MySQL & SQL Server Databases;
You have built SaaS apps supported on AWS and have a background using a wide range of AWS services;
Third-party platform integration experience in the use of Restful API's;
Experience with GIT version control and Gitflow;
Bring an understanding of front and back-end performance and security best practices;
You love solving problems & can articulate your thought process with passion;
An obsession (well perhaps) with mathematics and calculus concepts;
Friendly personality and able to work well in a team. We want a human, not a robot!;
You will be a strong team player and leader- a doer! (The team are awesome);
You are happy to engage with clients and internal stakeholders;
A background in Recruitment, HR, Payroll, or other supporting technologies for service
based in industries such as cleaning, security, traffic management, and or labor hire is preferable but not a must; * Have a fascination with solving mathematical problems and are a master exponent of MsExcel and want to learn a different concept
Previous demonstrated experience leading a team is essential.
