GGS Technical Information Services, a globally recognized technical publications company that serves leading manufactures in transportation, aerospace, construction, and agricultural equipment, has an immediate need for qualified candidates to fill Technical Illustrator/Parts Analyst (CAD Operator) positions at our Cebu facility. This position has the primary responsibility of preparing new and revised technical illustrations, charts, parts lists, or other related materials for technical manuals, user manuals, compact discs, or other related publications from customer-supplied materials using various software programs.  We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to service and are ready to grow with us in Cebu.
 
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Requires Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in addition to related technical studies in engineering, graphic design, computer drafting or technical illustration.       
Must have a fundamental understanding of engineering and at least 6 months of experience interpreting blueprints and detailed engineering specifications.
Must be proficient with a personal computer and various software including desktop publishing, spreadsheet, word processing, illustration, and database programs. Specifically, AutoCAD, ISODraw and/or SolidWorks would be preferable.
Must have the ability to communicate in English effectively (both in written and oral format) due to frequent contact with employees within the US to consult with on work and/or during the quality assurance review.
