Job Description:
1. Be the point person of the developer with all concerned consultants- PM, Architects, Trade Consultants, Contractor Etc.
2. Prepares technical studies and research concerning design related problems, coordinates with consultants involved and recommends solution to noted defect or complaint.
3. shortlists contractors and conducts technical evaluation of new contractors for by Company .
4. Prepares report, analysis and recommendation of action to be done when site-related problems arise.
5. Conducts daily inspection of contractors' work on site
6. Conducts weekly construction coordination meetings of contractors ,Architects,Etc with developer representatives
7. Prepares status and cost monitoring reports per project, knows how to estimate cost.
8.Reviews all site related raw materials reports given by the contractor
9. Reviews all construction related blueprints and coordinates with respective consultants if any problem exist.
10. Any other responsibilities concerning the project in general as owner-side consultant.
Job Qualifications:
University degree in Civil Engineering
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Must have at least 10 years of work experience
Knowledgeable in Construction project management,
Open to be assigned in Ortigas, willing to work off hours as it may be required by site or current state of site.
Knowledgable in CAD and other construction related programs
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English
Knowledge: AutoCAD
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
