Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Technical Engineering who is looking to join a fast paced, dynamic company and share our vision of becoming a nationally recognised leader in sustainable energy efficiency solutions. Candidates with extensive Solar & LED Lighting knowledge will be highly regarded.Reporting to the Service & Warranty Manager
Key Purpose and Functions:
• Management of the service email inbox
• Provide outstanding customer support for the Echo Group energy division
• Manage and administer the inbound customer warranty process
• Daily monitoring of commercial solar system performance
• Solar generation performance reporting
To be successful in this position it is essential that you possess:
• Experience in the field of renewable energy
• 2+ years' experience in customer service
• Knowledge of energy generation and consumption (preferred but not essential)
• Proven experience with warranty processes and enquiries
• Outstanding phone and relationship management skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Outstanding service levels
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• MYOB knowledge (preferred but not essential)
• CRM knowledge (preferred but not essential)
You will also:
• Provide a high level of support, with a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Be proactive, hardworking and dedicated to providing a solution to any task at hand focusing on system and reporting improvements
• Possess excellent time management skills, have a positive "can-do" attitude and work ethic, are flexible and adaptable, and you work well independently and as part of a team
