Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial)
Computer literate
Has knowledge in 5M (Material, Manpower, Method, Machine, Mold)
Has knowledge in the mechanism, how the defects are produced.
Job Responsibilities:
Introduction of New Products (a. Testing of new molds before use in Production; b. Establishment of Molding Documents for New Products)
Monitoring of F-cost top contributor item (a. Analyzes the root cause of the Quality Issues encountered; b. Monitoring of 5M for encountered abnormal conditions and changepoints during production.)
Handles Mold Control together with Technical-Molding Team (a. Conducts mold inspection and quarterly check-up; b. Assists on Mold Repair/Maintenance.)
