Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): TECHNICAL SKILLS
Has skills to develop solutions to production problems in manufacturing organizations
Understand well basic QC tools; Statistical Control; PDCA Cycle; FMEA; DMAIC problem solving approach
Good oral and written communication to explain progress of activities to workers and managers
Must have the ability to communicate Technical information to a non-technical people
Engineer which can create improvements in consideration of workers, management, up to customers
Literate in AutoCAD is an advantage
Fresh graduates may apply
