QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering
With experience in AutoCAD and estimates
Must be detail oriented
With a positive working attitude
High resilience to a fast-paced working environment
Willing to be assigned in Tayud Consolacion
Can start ASAP
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate all design development and approval processes to ensure they align with project requirements and standards
Monitor and enforce adherence to the agreed-upon schedule for design development and shop drawings with subcontractors, and ensuring timely progress
Prepare and manage technical queries, addressing them with the client and consultants to ensure clarity and resolution
Coordinate the approval of drawings and take responsibility for distributing approved drawings for construction to relevant site personnel
Collaborate with site engineers to ensure that all work execution meets the required quality and safety standards. Resolve technical issues across all trades promptly.
Support the project manager in overseeing subcontractor works, identifying and addressing any technical deviations as they arise
Assist in quantity take-off activities for tenders, contributing to accurate project cost estimations
