The Tech Delivery Mgr will support the organisations pivot to a single productivity suite. While also establishing key relationships with support vendors.
Thereafter, the Technical Delivery Manager will contribute to all technical procurement processes and decisions while ensuring the success of existing relationships.
The role will support the Innovation, Data, Facilities, Compliance, Finance and Executive team when and where technical insights are required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for the project delivery of identified technology projects
Work with vendors, third parties and internal teams to help understand problem statements, possible solutions and recommend solutions
With support from Finance, Compliance and Procurement own the day to day relationships with vendors
Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and advise re project budgets.
Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
Ensure project are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
Provide direction to the broader team contributing to delivery.
Handle Operational issues related to the delivery centre.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Residence within Metro Cebu
Wifi Connection of at least 10 Mbps
A degree in Computer Science or similar
Experience in working with vendors
Experience in delivering technology projects, in particular, Migration to Google Workspace
Tech architecture understanding (if not experienced) networking, security and dev ops
Project management skills, exposure to agile environments and methodologies preferred
Change management experience
Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle complex and stressful situations with professionalism.
Provide technical support and advise the change process when needed.
