We are seeking to add a Technical Content Writer to our team. We're looking for a passionate multi-skilled individual that can wear multiple hats and tackle distinct design demands to take customer service UX to the next level.
As Technical Content Writer, You Will...
Collaborate with our client partner and the operations teams to update our knowledge base and process-specific learning portals
Gather information, analyze data, make decisions and execute
Utilize your HTML and other web skills to package the content for great user experience
Prepare and present new content ideas and approach for our internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify, discuss, and address UX improvements across our portals (e.g. responsiveness and accessibility)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user and stakeholder feedback
Requirements:
As Technical Content Writer, You Have...
A high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary schooling preferred)
Minimum 3 years of professional technical content writing experience
Understanding of CSS/HTML (JavaScript, Databases, and PHP considered an asset)
Experience in instructional designing is a plus
A positive work ethic and commitment to achieve the best possible outcome
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to multitask in an innovative, fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders
Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
