· Regular Greenbook discussion thru team and peer to peer
· Submission of Safe Reports and attend safety trainings
· Execute Full Engagement scorecard by submitting TYC, GT
· Exhibits behavior in the CLE
30% To implement strategies set in the Business Plan and execute the Go to Market Plan of the region
· Conducts set Value Creation Activities such as POP collection and DnC submission
· Conduct farm performance and business review with the customer
· Implements in-farm services such as EAS, DOC scoring, and farm performance monitoring thru regular farm visits
40% To hit the annual volume target and other parameters set in the Balance Score Card
· Open New Farms, Set-up Feeding trials,
· Generate Winning POP's, Conduct Feeder Group Meeting and Step by Step activities on farm
· Managing after-sales services such as OTIF, VOC, and relationship building activities
· Collaborates with other support team to ensure volume commitment achievement
10% Admin works Submission of weekly activity reports, expense reports etc
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years experienced in technical and sales operation
· With College degree
· With driver's license
· Effective communicator and knowledgeable in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
· B.S. Animal Science Graduate or any related course with Sales Background
· Minimum 5 years experienced in sales and technical poultry practice
· With driver's license
· Effective communicator and knowledgeable in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
