Job Description
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders to support software development projects.
Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs.
Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Conduct gap analysis to evaluate current vs. future state and recommend technical solutions.
Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and technical documentation to support solution design.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and set priorities.
Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Perform data analysis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel to support decision-making and identify trends.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and capturing feedback.
Assist in the development of user manuals, training materials, and end-user training sessions.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology; Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or similar fields.
3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and querying databases.
Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, and system architecture.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, GLPI, Trello).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
