TECHNICAL DEMONSTRATOR/BAKER
General Accountability
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Technical Demonstrator/Baker is responsible for the preparation of baked goods as required for research and development, demonstration to dealers and customers. A sound knowledge of the safe operation of baking equipment, material handling and storage, food safety and sanitation are required. He/she must be capable of planning and maintaining schedules without constant supervision. He/she should be able to do formula changes and adjust specifications according to desired results.
Requirements:
·Minimum two years practical experience in baking and demonstrating to customers.
·Preferably graduate of HRM, Food Tech or Marketing but not required
·Preferably knows how to drive
·Baking and cake decorating skills are required
·Excellent written and communication skills
·Results driven, Teamplayer and Self-motivated
·Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and do fieldwork
