Duties & Responsibilitites:
1. Performs technical works which do not require a contractor or job order in the store
a. Electrical ( Wires / Switches / Convenience Outlets / Coiling Receptacles / Main Switch / Circuit Breaker )
b. Finishing Hardware - Loose Hinges (Closet & Cabinet Hinges / Lock Set / Friction Catches / Automatic Door Set )
c. Simple plumbing repairs
2. Monitors and assists in Job-order technical works such as :
a. Lumber frames work
b. Roofing - Panel / Flash Door ( Base Board / General Moulding )
c. Stock Panel - Exterior Siding (Double Wall / Partition / Flooring / Ceiling )
d. Tiles Work
