TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
 
Job Qualifications
Knowledgeable of all documents (Government permits and other legal documents)
At least 1-3 years of experience as Documentation /Legal 
Male/Female
Job Descriptions
Assist the PIC in the overall actual field monitoring of the execution of construction plans according to the assigned zone with corresponding projects, directly giving instructions to the contractors of the project.
Assist in monitoring the performance of contractors in terms of agreed specifications, standards and implements construction based on quality standards as specified in the terms of the project contract.
Prepare official updates/reports of the development in every land development, house construction and project as a whole to management with analysis & recommendation.
Performs other tasks assigned by the superior.
Salary: 13k to 15k
 
Working Hours:
7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon- Fri)
