- Electrician, Plumber, or Carpenter;
- Must have completed Vocational/Technical course training in Electrical, Industrial or Architectural Technology & Building or related courses;
- Must have any combination of at least 2-5 years training and experience as an electrician or carpenter, mason or plumber and with knowledge on electrical or civil works;
- With knowledge in building maintenance; and
- Must be adaptable and has the ability to multi-task
