QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree preferably in Engineering Architecture or related courses ( Having PRC License is an advantage).
With at least 5-10 years related work experience. ( Prior experience as Construction Project Manager is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail.
A team player mentality and the adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PPT).
Great communication skills.
