Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Handle all documentation of the project team from all facets, ensure safekeeping, transmittal and circulation. Receive billings from suppliers and contractors and prepare endorsement cover letter and transmit to respective signatories. Receive and log all necessary documents for and from the different coordinators.
