Manage the resources of the cluster/group Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or other IT-related courses At least 7-12 years of experience in leading a technical team and in solutions delivery At least 3-7 years of experience in a financial institution Solution Delivery Life Cycle Advanced Analysis and Design COBOL, CICS, JAVA, VB, SQL Programming Infrastructure architecture Excellent leadership skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written English communication skills Advanced technical skills/programming
