PURPOSE
The position exists in order to organize, process, plan, and arrange clerical tasks and administrative duties within the New Innovations Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
.>With Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
>Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience as Admin Assistant
>Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
>With good verbal and written communication skills
>With exceptional interpersonal skills
>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
JOB DESCRIPTION
>Coordinate with other telecommunication and technology service provider
>Respond to internal employee concerns such as their system and timekeeping issues, and guide them with the proper use of HR system, and comply with HR rules and regulations
>Compile important and confidential contracts, and necessary documents for future reference
>Plan and arrange team building and internal meeting, such as properly organizing the right venue for every participants' convenience
