MVP.dev is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Tech Trainer who will be responsible for training and developing technical training programs and creating training courses about No Code/Low Code Platform (e.g. Bubble.io).
 
This position is temporarily WFH set-up until further notice. This will be Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
 
Must have own Computer and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities
Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
Produce training schedules
Determine course content according to objectives
Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
Observe and evaluate results of training programs
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvement
Requirements and Qualifications 
At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role
Proven experience with designing technical training programs and workshops
Proven experience with learning management software
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
Excellent decision making and organisational skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database software
BS degree in IT, Education, Training or any related field.
