· Typing Test : 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
· Good English communication skills
· 6 months of Call Center Experience (Voice)
· Basic knowledge/fundamentals (Usage) Windows OS or Mac OS, iOS
· Deep knowledge of Computing devices (Smart Phones, Tablets, Laptops, PCs, etc.)
· Can have CS (Customer Service) experience but should have technical knowledge.
