The Technical Support Coordinator provides first line of support to LN Risk Human API end users or customers, such as order management, resolve product issues and concerns, and answer inquiries about Human API products, services and/or workflows. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
Provide technical support to multiple level end users in diverse technical areas
Ability to provide effective customer support through multiple communication channels, such as email and chat
Assist customers with training of product and services ordering management and data entry as necessary
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve web-based applications including browser configuration.
Ability to conduct internal investigations to resolve customer concerns.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries, status and escalation outcome.
Provide feedback on current customer issues and potential solutions for process improvementPerform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field or at least 2 years equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and workflow management skills
High attention to details
Excellent multitasking skills
Proficient in keyboard and MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Willing to work on US business hours or night shift.
Energetic, enthusiastic, motivated and driven individuals
Prior experience supporting customers using API/Tech products, at least 1 year
