Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes and overseeing planning and execution of the work Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs Conducting analyses, needs assessments and cost/benefit assessments and helping to broker other technology services Establish a regular connect with onshore stakeholders to know and understand the roadmap and ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications and direction Make a clear, data-driven decisions, to ensure that the teams operate at peak performance Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work and coaching/mentoring and developing team members Provide direction and support to the talent and delivery transformation of the team (Shift thinking from performance/effort/potential to Value Creation) Instill the culture of continuous improvement and innovation in all areas of technology Management of team members including setting objectives, reviewing performance and establishing a positive working environment Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Degree in engineering, computer science or a related field 10+ years of experience in IT, project management or a related field Understanding of and experience with large, multi-faceted and complex systems Ability to implement, follow and enforce stringent development processes Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles Excellent leadership abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Strong analytical/organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Preferred Qualifications: Agile related certification Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages Hands-on OOPS, Data Structure and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
