Purpose:
To provide technical assistance for the maintenance of machine and equipment in different Operations Business Unit
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintenance of all production equipment and machineries to ensure optimum utilization of production equipment.
Ensure that the maintenance program is effectively followed.
Ensure that all equipment runs based on safe and approved operating standard.
Maintain equipment historical and maintenance data.
Spare parts Inventory and system sustenance.
Fabricate Jigs and Fixtures and Industrial Structures to be used by Production
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Education
2 years Technology Graduate or Equivalent
Skills & Abilities
Able to work well under pressure.
Good verbal and written communication Skills
Good technical troubleshooting & Fault diagnostic capability
Can interpret, understand and create schematic diagrams.
With experience in machine maintenance and repairs
Candidate must have the basic skill on machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical & electronics component in a manual or automated operation.
Can interpret, maintain and analyze key maintenance performance indices (KPI)
