This role is focused on working with management and department leads to determine IT objectives to improve business outcomes, assisting in designing and implementing information systems that will optimize organizational efficiencies and keeping the company up to speed on best practices with IT standards and guidelines while troubleshooting systems.
Tasks
Prior experience in Information Technology using technologies such as collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace), device management tools (e.g. Kandji, Jamf, SMMC, Kace, etc.), and task management software (e.g. Jira, Asana, Zendesk, etc)
Familiarity with integrations, JSON, and API reference documentation
Excellent collaboration, written and verbal customer service skills (your customers are our employees)
Managing OSX/Windows laptops, video conferencing, WiFi, etc.
Able to work autonomously and effectively in a remote environment
Assist with any other IT-related tasks.

You are tech-savvy - you are experienced in troubleshooting systems and installing software.
You have superior analytical and problem-solving skills - no task is too big or too small.
You are exceptionally detail oriented - nothing falls through the cracks.
You are self-motivated - you're able to work with minimal supervision while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
You are humble - you're willing to get your hands dirty, and you're open to feedback.
You have a can-do attitude - you are open and excited to try new things and are confident in your ability to successfully make things happen.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field.
Experience is a must - 2 years of experience in a similar role. (please specify)
Proficient with MAC and OS software.
Computer proficiency in programs such as Zendesk, Twilio, Slack, Google Workspaces, MDM software.
Exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex, highly technical information to non-technical colleagues using clear, simple language.
