The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial landscape.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Develop and implement project plans, allocating resources and monitoring progress against timelines.
Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, roadblocks, and achievements.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Support team members in resolving challenges and fostering a positive, proactive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing projects in a financial services or technology environment.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
