? We're Hiring: Team Leader for Our Virtual Assistant Team!
Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving results?
Innovately.OPC is expanding and we're looking for a Team Leader to oversee our growing team of talented Virtual Assistants.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of VAs
Monitor productivity and ensure quality performance
Handle client escalations and provide proactive solutions
Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
Coordinate with upper management on staffing and operations
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in a BPO or VA setup
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with VA tools (ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
Must be proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
Experience with US-based clients is a plus
