DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Leader (TL) is responsible for day-to-day agent performance, escalation management, and driving a team culture rooted in accountability, speed, and thoughtful support. As the first point of contact for frontline agents, the TL ensures KPI adherence while fostering agent growth and resilience.
Conduct final interviews to assess applicants' qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit, ensuring that all hiring decisions align with business needs.
Conduct orientation sessions on House Rules, Enshored Code of Conduct, Core Values, and program expectations.Required Qualifications & Skills
2 to 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in support, technical, or BPO environments
Bachelor's degree
Strong ability to lead through clarity, empathy, and results
Proven experience coaching agents in technical acumen and brand tone alignment
Proficiency in supporting KPIs and workforce management tools
Comfortable with fast-moving environments and shifting priorities
Work setup: Must be willing to work at 1 Nito Tower, Lahug, Cebu City
Basic Salary: 28,000-37,000
Allowance: 2,500
Skills Allowance: 4,500
Start Date: June 1, 2025Preferred Skills
Background in scaling teams in a startup or hyper-growth environment
Experience with remote team oversight and asynchronous coaching tools
Familiarity with performance forecasting and capacity planning
