JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist on execution of trade marketing strategy and programs.
Lead and coach assign Brand Ambassadors to implement promotional activities.
Ensure 100% manning deployment of assigned area Brand Ambassadors.
Motivate and encourage Brand Ambassadors to achieve their monthly target strategically.
Develop and maintain Brand Ambassadors team schedules with delegate of task and deadlines setting.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of a 4-year course preferably on Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management or any related courses.
Candidate should have at least 2-3 years and up working experience as Team Leader in Marketing
Proficient on Microsoft Office is a must.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet short deadlines
Advance analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Strong creative ability
