Qualifications:
At least College Level / Associate Certificate / TESDA / NC II
With Machine Operation background (retort, seaming, and labeling is a plus)
Computer literate; knowledgeable to Microsoft Software's 
Over a year team lead experience
Relevant Training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field
Willing to be relocated to Zamboanga City, Relocation Package is Offer
Skills:
Strong Work Ethics, coaching, planning, and leadership skills
Advance in Data Analysis and Figurative Assessment
Planning, Organizing, Directing and Controlling of 5Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement and 1E (Environment).
Technical Competency (Understanding the Process Flow & Organization)
Strong Problem-solving and applies methodological approach
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all raw materials are available before job scheduling.
Responsible for maintenance and improvement of machine and up keep monitoring of inventory on raw materials prior operation.
Ensure all machines and equipment are properly set up to maintain production efficiency and schedule is being followed according to the job sequence.
Ensures that each process line meets their target margins and performance are based on key indicators such as safe and quality managed processes.
Check, and monitor operator's attendance, punctuality, compliance and performance results vs targets.
Ensures performance coaching and skills development of each operator's and motivate directive reports.
Lead continuous improvement activities to sustain and further improve line performance, and initiatives to meet and exceed Industrial performance target such as Yield, Volume and or Cost.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
Leads housekeeping and safety practices to maintain good working environment at work.
