Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsible in searching to potential customers and preparing quotations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Scouts for new customers within the coverage area assigned.
2. Studies customer's requirements for prospecting.
3. Conducts cold calling and prospecting.
4. Researches potential customers via internet.
5. Conducts market saturation activities.
6. Prepares quotation for customers of assigned area.
7. Conducts product presentation to customers of assigned area.
8. Discusses promotions to customers.
9. Gathers and maintains an updated of contact details of customers.
10. Negotiates with customers on the terms of agreement for closing sales.
11. Attends to trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations.
12. Develops and maintains good relationship with existing customers of assigned area thru regular communication.
13. Arranges meeting with General Manager with potential customers for prospecting.
14. Observes and reports to General Manager the current buying trend in the market that may affect the business.
15. Prepares and submits reports daily on client's visited within the day to General Manager
16. Monitors the progress of orders and concerns of clients.
17. Coordinates with Sales and Admin Assistant for units ordered by the client
18. Ensures that the monthly performance targets of her/his team are met
19. Trains new Sales Executive under his/her team
20. Coaches team members and guide them whenever problem arises
21. Supervises the performance of his/her team
22. Prepares team's performance report and submits the same to the General Manager.
23. Monitors the whereabouts of all team members
24. Performs other tasks assigned by the General Manager/General Sales Manager
EDUCATION
Graduate of at least 4 years course
Marketing or Management Degree or Industrial Eng.
EXPERIENCE
2-4 years experience in automotive field
SKILLS
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Analytical skills

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
