JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interacts and communicates with our clients, agents and executive management on a regular basis to ensure that the campaign is hitting its goals and maintaining all critical Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs).
Monitors, evaluates, coaches and mentors a team of data entry analysts to ensure process and procedures are met, improved and properly implemented
Encourage healthy competition within the group while keeping a harmonious working environment.
Ensure agent's adherence to Open Access BPO's policies. Secure any form of documentation shall subordinate choose to disregard the company policies.
Reports directly to the program manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working in a call center/BPO environment with a good understanding of how the overall industry works
Candidates with background or experience as an SME, QA, OIC or Team Lead are welcome to apply
Proficient in both written and spoken English and experience communicating with
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to work remotely
