Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Leading a team of Station Managers to ensure the efficient implementation of the following:
a. Customer Service
b. Station Operations
c. Loss Prevention
2. Conducts a station visit report check listing every time a station visit is conducted.
Monitors station compliance on the following:
a. Sales Deposit
i. Acts on the daily non-compliance report of the Operations Compliance department.
ii. Monitors sales deposits made during long weekends and holidays.
iii. Conducts random sales audit.
b. Inventory
i. Conducts random checking to stations on the daily and timely measurement UGT inventory.
c. Ads & Promo
i. Recommends local marketing programs in the station.
d. Retail Standards
i. Ensures compliance to company policies and operational standards
3. Operating Expenses
a. Monitors and recommends approval of operating expenses of the station.
4. Area Management
a. Attainment of sales target.
b. Lead a team of Store Managers for efficient station management.
c. Monitors the Station Managers daily.
i. Ensures that incidents in the station are handled properly and immediately resolved.
d. Conducts station visits at least once a month per station.
e. Alternates as Station Manager in case needed.
f. Communicates clear instructions to Station Managers.
g. Hiring and training of Station Managers.
h. Ensures that all station incidents are concluded and documented.
i. All administrative cases are handled and issued with proper documentation.
ii. Completion of required documents for administrative cases requiring disciplinary action.
iii. Completion of required documents for insurance claims.
5. Opening of New Stations
a. Attends to the pre-check listing of stations for turn-over. Ensures that the following are available:
i. Manpower
ii. Forecourt materials necessary to operate the station
1. Fire Extinguishers
2. Dipstick
3. Calibration Buckets
iii. Ensures that the station can operate upon take over:
1. All pumps are dispensing properly
2. Water and electricity
3. UGT and vault under lock and key
4. Structure is in order
6. Maintains good relations with local government representatives.
7. Reports
a. Updates and consolidates the following reports:
i. Daily
1. Sales
ii. Per Cut-off
1. Utilities
2. PCF
3. Payroll
iii. Periodically
1. Governmental Compliances
a. Ensures that stations have complete and updated permits.
b. Ensures that stations have updated monitoring on the sales book.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Windows, Learning, Self-confidence, Decision making, Leadership
