Overview:
Achieve growth and sales target by successfully managing the sales team. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Minimum Requirements:
+ College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree
+ 3 - 5 years of experience as a Team Lead in sales for information technology services or softwares
+ Required experience in Information Technology related sales
+ Highly competitive sales professional with excellent mentoring, coaching and people management experience
