Job Description
Ensures compliance with contract specifications. Administrative responsibilities; including time management. Provides hands on assistance to janitorial staff.
Inspects all buildings before and after clean-up. Ensures removal and proper disposal of trash, debris, and other objects.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Walking, Standing, Stooping, Bending, Light Lifting, Climbing. Must be able to tolerate odors and dust.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Industrial) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
