TEAM LEADER - BUILDING MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan work assignments and maintenance schedule.
Perform maintenance on roll-up doors, elevators, and other utilities.
Check and respond to machines and equipment breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and report any issues of machines or equipment to determine necessary repairs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Communications Engineering
Good written and verbal communication skills
At least 1-3 years of experience
Experience in Electro-Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance handling is a plus
Machine controls/ instrumentation, building wiring, and load maintenance monitoring
Mechanical and Electrical Drawing System translation
In-depth knowledge in Program logic controller/PCIS and basic utilities (Boiler/Chiller/Air Compressor)
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
Willing to work under pressure and on shifting schedules
Willing to work overtime
Trustworthy, hardworking, and with initiative
