As a Supervisor you will be responsible for delivering excellent team management and coaching skills to keep your team motivated,engaged and drive performance
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least College Level
• At least 1 year of continuous work experience as a Supervisor ideally in a BPO setting
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
• Technical/Customer Support Experience would be advantageous
• Has the ability to organize tasks, multitask and manage your time efficiently
• Can think analytically when working on numbers
• Has experience handling WFH agents
• Preferably with experience in coaching and handling 15-20 agents
